However, he is now solely focused on the Web3 Foundation and its interoperability blockchain project Polkadot—a competitor to Ethereum

The primary reasons to invest in Ethereum Classic are: 1. As a voluntary organization, the developers of ETC do not aim to turn the network into a for-profit entity. 2. It is the original Ethereum Chain that focuses on immutability(code is the law and cannot be changed) 3. The blockchain was subject to 51% attacks and double-spending problems; therefore not that safe
