Celer Network celr

The Celer Network (CELR) is a well-thought-out layer-2 scalability solution that handles off-chain transactions. The Celer platform provides fast, easy, and secure off-chain transactions for payments and smart contracts. The project is part of the Polkadot ecosystem and was the first to use the Substrate framework. Dr. Junda Liu received her Ph.D. from UC Berkeley and began working at Google in 2011 to build the infrastructure for their data center. Dr. Xiaozhou Li attended Princeton University for his education. After interning at Microsoft, Li then worked as a software engineer at Barefoot Networks. Dr. Qingkai Liang is an MIT graduate. He has interned at the MIT Laboratory for Information and Decision Systems (LIDS), Bell Labs, and Google as a software engineer
